Refund & Returns

1. Order Change & Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a full refund at any time before the order is shipped.


2. If You Are Not Fully Satisfied

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you. We genuinely hope you love the tea you receive, and we are always happy to help you find the right product.


3. Tea & Gift Items Policy

Because tea is a food product, we do not accept returns for tea or gift sets.
We recommend purchasing samples before buying large quantities.

Please note that tea is a natural agricultural product—its flavor may vary slightly by season, which is normal.

If you believe there is an issue with your tea, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.


4. TEA-CHER Gears (Tea Ware) – Returns & Store Credit

For unopened and unused TEA-CHER Gears, we offer store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.

We do not accept returns or replacements for ceramic or glass items damaged during customer use.


5. Return Process for TEA-CHER Gears

Step 1: Email us at [email protected] for return approval.
Include your name, order number, the unopened/unused item you wish to return, and the reason.

Step 2: Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely.

Step 3: After we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a tea-cher.com Gift Card for the value of your return.

Note: Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Package Inspection

We strive to ensure every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.

Please inspect your package before signing.
If the item appears damaged, do not sign for it.

Request documentation from the courier (e.g., photos of damage) and contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after the package has been signed for.


7. Refunds for Quality Issues

1) Full Refund

  • If the product has a quality issue, notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • To receive a full refund, the item must be returned to us.
  • We will issue a refund within 72 hours after receiving the returned item.

2) Replacement

  • If the product has a quality issue, notify us within 3 days.
  • After we receive the return, we will send a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

3) Partial Refund (Non-quality Issues)

Within 7 days of delivery, TEA-CHER.com cannot issue a full refund for the following non-quality issues:

  • “Product does not match the photo”
  • “Not what I expected”
  • “I don’t like this product”
  • “Product did not arrive in time”

A partial refund will be issued after deducting handling fees.
